The Casambi CBU-TDP-LR is a versatile long-range wireless control interface designed to bring external control devices into the Casambi Bluetooth mesh ecosystem. This module allows integration of traditional push buttons, occupancy sensors, and other digital control inputs into modern wireless lighting systems—without the need for complex control wiring.
Unlike driver controllers, the CBU-TDP-LR does not directly drive or dim LED loads. Instead, it acts as an input interface, converting wired control signals into wireless Casambi commands. This makes it ideal for retrofit projects and hybrid systems where physical switches or sensors must coexist with advanced wireless lighting control.
With extended Bluetooth range, the CBU-TDP-LR is well-suited for large commercial spaces, warehouses, and outdoor environments where reliable long-distance communication is critical.
Once connected, the module can be fully configured using the Casambi app, allowing users to assign actions such as on/off, dimming, scene selection, and automation triggers based on input signals.
