Shipping Rates
$15 flat-rate shipping on orders under $100
Free shipping on orders of $350 or more
Shipping rates apply to standard ground shipping unless otherwise noted.
Same-Day Shipping
Certain products are eligible for same-day shipping and will be clearly marked with a “Same Day Shipping” tag on the product page.
- Orders containing same-day eligible items must be placed by 2:00 PM EST to ship the same business day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, will ship the next business day
Order Processing
- Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Processing times may vary based on product availability and order volume
Shipping Carriers
We ship using UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Carrier selection is based on order size, destination, and delivery speed.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Most standard ground shipments arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Tracking information is provided once your order ships and will be sent via email.
Shipping Issues & Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.
