The IOTA I320 is a compact, high-performance emergency ballast designed for linear fluorescent fixtures, providing reliable backup lighting during power outages. Capable of delivering up to 1350 lumens for a single lamp, it ensures 90 minutes of emergency illumination with universal 120/277VAC input. AC output compatibility allows it to operate LED retrofit tubes, making it a versatile solution for T5, T8 HO, VHO, and T12 fixtures in damp, plenum, and enclosed environments. Its reduced-profile design allows installation in tight channels while maintaining robust emergency performance.
Equipped with a long-life, high-temperature Ni-Cad battery, the I320 provides fast 24-hour recharge and 7–10 years of service life. Integrated lamp selector leads optimize output for various lamp types, while a built-in test switch with LED charging indicator simplifies inspection and compliance testing. Open circuit isolation prevents battery drain when the load is absent, and time delay circuitry ensures compatibility with end-of-lamp-life conditions.
